Orders & Payments
- Orders are confirmed only after full payment is received.

- We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Afterpay, Zip, and bank transfers.
- Bathroom Creations reserves the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
Shipping & Delivery
- Delivery times vary depending on stock and courier availability.
- We deliver across Melbourne and Victoria; interstate shipping is available on request.
- Customers must check all items on arrival and report any issues within 48 hours.
- Once goods are delivered and accepted, Bathroom Creations is not responsible for subsequent damage or mishandling.
Returns & Refunds
- We comply with Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
- Faulty or damaged products will be replaced or refunded once assessed.
- Change-of-mind returns are not accepted once the product has been installed or packaging is opened.
- Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
Warranties
- All products are covered by manufacturer warranties (ranging 5–15 years).
- Warranty claims require proof of purchase.
